CHRISTIE, Harvey – Peacefully passed away on Thursday October 19, 2017 at Extendicare Mapleview Nursing Home at the age of 91. Loving husband to Dorothy for 48 years. Dear father of the late Stephen Christie, Rick Christie, Sheridan and Nancy Butler (Scott). Grandfather of Becky Clair and Adam Clair (Julie). Great-grandfather of Sam, Hannah, Aidan, and Lilah. Son of the late David and Florence Christie. Brother of the late Gary (Donna), and Gloria Nicholson (Lorne). Harvey will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Monday October 23, 2017 from 12 noon until time of funeral service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Mrs. Helen Smith officiating.
