Obituary of Grazia Martone

The family of Grazia announce her passing at the Sault Area Hospital on Thursday, November 30, 2017 in her 91st year.  She loved her daily walks and missed them tremendously. Now she can walk pain free and as long as she wants. She is now reunited with her loving husband Carmine.  Cherished mother of Rosina D’Addetta (Frank) and Joseph Martone (Margorie).  Loving Nonna of Paul D’Addetta (Toni), Joseph Martone (Jennifer), Michael Martone (Angela), Pamela D’Addetta and Frank D’Addetta (Jordan). She was blessed to have four great grandchildren Matteo, Porter, Adriana, Audrey Martone and one D’Addetta baby on the way. Grazia’s family meant the world to her. Dear sister of the late Antonio Cipriano (late Maria), late Giuseppe Cipriano (late Pasqualina) and the late Angelina Abbondandolo (Arcangelo). Sister-in-law of the late Carmela Flammia (late Carmine), late Vittorio Martone (late Angelina), Nunzio Martone (Angelina), late Stella Savino (late Michele), late Consiglia Genua (late Antonio), late Ermelinda Melchionna (Carmine) and the late Mario Martone (Virma). She will be dearly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.  Grazia will miss her Sunday church and home visits with her special friend June Bews.  Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Sunday evening from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Gerard Majella Church on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.  Memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to all the 3C and emergency room staff at the SAH that showed such great compassion towards her.
