My husband and I are so saddened to learn of this news reaching us in Moosonee. Sally was the hallmark of good spirit, and generosity. I was a friend to her son, Matthew for a very brief moment in 2016, and her world seemed filled with kind, caring, and genuine people. I felt honoured to have known her for the short time that I did. I reached out a few times over the years to keep in touch and hearing now of her passing truly affects us - she was good people. Her presence will be missed. All our love and hope goes out to the family, especially Matt, whom we also miss dearly.

Condolences to her family and friends. In my eyes, she was such a passionate, kind, smart, and thoughtful person. I didn't know her super well personally but she did have a significant positive impact in my life and I am sure she did to many others. I am very thankful I got to meet her and will never forget the things she taught me. Rest in Peace sister. <3

Sally was a rare gem. We worked together at EUP Mental Health for years, and when i moved here to Canada, Sally helped smooth my transition. She was always there with a smile, laugh or helping hand. She always talked sbout her family and loved ones...so much love. That lady could do anything! I will miss her so much.

I'm so saddened by Sally's passing. Sally and I were friends for many years. I still remember the day I met her at EUP Mental Health in Soo MI. It was my first day on the job and Sally introduced herself. It was an instant friendship. We worked together for many years and continued to remain friends after our work together had ended. Through that time we shared ups and downs, but always had many, many laughs. No one could laugh like Sally. I was always amazed by her calm and compassion. Sally was a wonderful person, a wonderful social worker and so dedicated to her family. I will miss her terribly. My heartfelt condolences to all her family. I know her passing has left a hole that will be difficult to fill. She was an amazing woman.

I remember going to The Beck Institute in Philadelphia with Sally. She was a dream to travel with. As we learned more about CBT we also learned about each other. She was kind, strength focused and always interested in what you had to say. When I returned to work after being away for sometime, she was immediately at my door welcoming me back to the office and asking how I was doing. She made it clear she would be available if I needed anything. That was Sally, always there to support and spread kindness. My sincerest condolences on your loss. May your memories of her bring you comfort.
