Obituary of Ron Turgeon

Passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at the age of 80. Beloved husband and best friend of Judy (nee Cox) for 56 years. Son of the late Lucienne and the late Philias Turgeon. Loving brother of the late Rita Chartier (Richard), Edourd (Gail) and the late Richard. Uncle of Daniel, Dennis and Michelle. Ron will be lovingly remembered by his neighbours and friends. You would always find Ron and Judy on the road to somewhere – it was always their greatest adventure together.

Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Cremation Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Helen Smith officiating. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial donations to the SAH Cancer Care Fund or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
