Obituary of Patti Myers

Patti passed away on January 16, 2026, at the Sault Area Hospital.

Her incredible spirit will be with me until the day I am gone. She was and still is very special. Her entire life was spent in the Sault, and she prided herself on growing up on the St. Mary’s River. A regular married couple would have to be married 75 years to spend the amount of time that Patti and I spent together. Our pasts were similar in ways and
because of that fact a very quick strong love developed. It was twenty- three years with my extraordinary wife. It was Patti and I against the world. She was courageous, committed, trustworthy, unique, loyal, and a very talented homemaker. She was my partner. All the promises that I made to you I will keep! I can sense you around me. Patti is survived by her loving husband George Trbvich, her daughter Vanessa Desloges, and her son Alex Palmer.

In her last act of selflessness Patti was able to donate her kidneys to better the life of someone in need.

In keeping with Patti’s wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be announced in the summer. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to SSM Humane Society would be greatly appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Rd, 888-937-5028).
