Obituary of Annarosa Cuglietta
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother Annarosa in her 99th year. Surrounded by her devoted children, she gave her last breath at home and is now reunited with her husband Francesco.
She is survived by her children Rosina (late Aldo), Nella (Mark), Sam (Carole-Ann), and Gina (Wayne). Annarosa loved her children immensely, and her love for her grandchildren and great-children is a lasting legacy that they will carry with them always. She will be missed greatly by her grandchildren Laura (Jean-Paul), Nancy (Peter), Bryan (Courtney), Megan and Matthew. She was a Bisnonna to Alexander, Michaela, and Cara. She took great pride in each of them and celebrated their accomplishments. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews that she treasured.
There was not a thing in this world that mattered more to Annarosa than her famiglia. She was happiest when we gathered together for holidays, birthdays, making bread, pasta, breadsticks, tomato sauce and so much more. Throughout her life she reminded us that we must always love one another. “Amatevi sempre.” This is a promise we will keep.
God sent us three angels to help us care for our mother at home. We were blessed to have Dr. Booth, Nurse Teresa, and Allison (PSW). We cannot thank them enough for their kindness, thoughtfulness, and gentle manner.
