Obituary of Cynthia Gallinger-White

Passed away peacefully at the age of 46, on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on October 2, 1979, she brought immeasurable warmth, kindness and joy into the lives of everyone who knew her. She dedicated her life to God and living in a way that would bring honour to Him. She was a fierce defender of her family, a loyal friend, and a source of constant encouragement to those around her.

Her greatest joy in life was loving her family. She leaves behind her devoted husband, Dwayne, with whom she shared 26 beautiful years, and her cherished 15-year-old son, Kaiden, who was the absolute light of her life. She is survived by her mother, Elly Gallinger and stepfather Greg Motolanez, brother Steve (Maggie) and niece Jolie, sister Michelle (Dane) and mother-in-law Sylvia (Bob Taylor). She will be fondly remembered by her many uncles, aunts, cousins, friends and church family whose lives were made brighter by her presence.

Her memories, her laughter and the love she gave so freely will live on forever in the hearts of all who loved her.

Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Life in the Lower Lounge at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Sunday, September 27, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) would be greatly appreciated.
