ZANATTA, Arturo "Celio" - Passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family at the Sault Area Hospital on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at the age of 81. Devoted husband to Zita for 52 years. Loving father of Jerry (Josie), Lisa Siltala (John), and Christina Alessandrini (Adam). Cherished Nonno of Olivia and Abbey Zanatta. Dear brother of Savina (late Luigi), Lina Frasetto (late Roger), Anna Soligo (late Ardurino), late Corrado (Antoinette), late Rino (late Josephine and late Carolina), Sandy (late Gloria), and Feruccio (Louisela). Brother-in-law of Jack Baesso (Grace), Giovanna Squizzato (Lino), Lina Marcon (Mario), Franco Baesso (Agnese), Mario Baesso (Antonia) and Maria Grazia (Franco Zanella) all of Treviso, Italy. Arturo will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and extended family. Friends may call at Northwood Funeral Home & Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held at St. Veronica's Church on Wednesday, June 14 , 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Ron Ambeault officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations to St. Veronica's Church or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you to the doctors, nurses, PSW's and all staff on 3B at the Sault Area Hospital. Also, a very special thank you to the many friends and family for their support during this time. The care and compassion shown to Arturo and our family will always be remembered.
