Obituary of Silvia Scherer
It is with great sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Our beautiful Silvia passed away surrounded by her family at the Sault Area Hospital at the age of 80. Beloved wife and soulmate of Herbert. Mother and best friend of Peter Dunst (Anna Colasacco) and Tanya Scherer-Sprague. Cherished Omi to Chris Dunst (Brandi), Matthew Sprague and Kaitlyn Sprague. Loving Great Omi to Luke Dunst and Jovie Dunst. Silvia will be fondly remembered by her family and friends in Germany and Canada. In keeping with Silvia’s wishes, a private family gathering has taken place. Memorial donations to ARCH would be appreciated. Silvia’s family would like to thank the EMT’s, doctors and nurses at the Sault Area Hospital for all their effort and support.
