Obituary of Stanley Pawelek

It is with heavy hearts and cherished memories that we regret to announce the passing of a gentle and kind soul, Stanley, in his 88^th year. Stan passed peacefully into the arms of his Saviour, surrounded by his family, on Monday, March 18, 2024. Beloved husband of Bernice for 58 years. Precious father and friend of Mark (Colleen), Lawrence (Delia) and Philip (Shannon). Treasured grandfather of Tyler, Jalen, Jack, Alexis, Luke, Ethan and Laken. Caring brother of Richard (Margaret), Martin (Mae) and Theresa (Robert). Adored brother-in-law of Nick Ferris (Norma) and Debbie Graystone (Roxie). Predeceased by his parents Peter and Mary Pawelek. Son-in-law of the late Joseph and the late Helen Ferris. Lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Friday, March 22, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Alex Saurianthadathil and Father Charles Abiamiri officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial remembrances of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
