Obituary of Doreen Shellhorn

SHELLHORN, Doreen Mae - At the General Hospital on Sunday, March 27, 2011, at the age of 85, Doreen went home to be with her beloved Lord and Saviour. Lifelong wife of the late John Shellhorn whom she loved for 56 years. Loving Mother of Karen (Jim), Brian and Mark (Shannon). Cherished grandmother of Kimberly (Frank Jallbert) of Sault Ste. Marie and Stacy of Calgary. Great-grandmother of Eric, Travis, Justin, Samantha and Brock. Sister of Robert Stone (Wilma), late Lillian Morden (late Mac), late Edward (Marie), late Gordon (Ann) and the late William (Phyllis). Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Doreen spent her life dedicated to serving her God, her family and her church. Friends and family may visit at Bethel Bible Chapel on Friday, April 1, 2011 from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. with Pastor Bruce Cain officiating. Spring interment at Richards Landing Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Bethel Bible Chapel or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
