Obituary of Genevieve Giimiwan E Doat Chikwe Boyer

Passed away peacefully at ARCH on Monday, May 15, 2017 at the age 60 years.  Genny will be forever missed by her husband Norman.  Dearly loved mother of Jason Boyer (Mavis), Steven Barry (Hawley) and Christopher Barry. Cherished Gokum of 24 and Chi Gokum of 2.  Dearly remembered by her sisters Dolores Gauthier (late P-2), Sharon Cada (late Roger) and Candace Boyer. Auntie to many nieces and nephews. Cousin and friend of many.  Genny’s smile would always brighten up a room and her kind-hearted ways will always be remembered. Her community will miss her presence and her positive influence.  Friends and family are invited to visit at the Rankin Arena on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until time of funeral service on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Skip Churchill officiating.  Interment at Garden River Cemetery.  Memorial donations to ARCH would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you to Carol Hermiston, her Bestie Laurie Perrault, and Denise Charbonneau for the care, compassion and friendship shown to Genny.
