FLORIO, Francesco - Peacefully at the Great Northern Nursing Centre on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of the late Ida Florio. Loving father of Anna Brundia (Rocco), Carlo Florio (Pauline) and the late Eugenio Florio. Proud nonno of Diego Brundia (Domenica), Valentino Brundia, Jennifer Florio and Daniele Brundia (Sonia). Predeceased by his parents Carlo and Anna Florio. Dear brother of Ida Filice (Settimio) , late Vittorio Florio, Pietro Florio (Ida) , Mario Florio, Gugliemo Florio (Maria) , late Settimio Florio (Louisa) , Concetta Mammone (Giovanni) . Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. with Reverend Ron Ambeault officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family. Special thank you to the staff of the Great Northern Nursing Centre for their care.
