Obituary of Lucia Paradiso

Passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at the F. J. Davey Home in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Francesco Paradiso and the late Guglielmo Cuglietta. Cherished mother of Emilia Milito (Antonio), Geniale Cuglietta (Maria) and Fernando Paradiso (Mary). Loving Nonna of Maria Nesbitt (Dave), Gino Milito (Cindy), Donny Milito, Lucia Pagliaro (Mano), Bill Cuglietta (Christina), David Cuglietta (Marina), Frank Paradiso, Tara Calvano (Robby) and Derek Paradiso. Great grandmother of 15 and great-great grandmother of 1. Sister of Amedeo Ianni (Nina) and pre-deceased by Joseph Ianni (Marianna), Ida Buffone (Francesco) and Marianna Fatalivia. Lucia's feisty spirit and love of life will live on in the memories of her many friends, relatives and neighbours. Friends may call at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Monday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at St. Veronica's Church on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 10 a.m. with Reverend Ron Ambeault officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations to the F. J. Davey Home Residents' Council or St. Veronica's Church would be appreciated by the family.
