BOUCHER, Lawrence "Larry" - Peacefully at ARCH in the arms of his loving wife, with his family by his side. Beloved husband of 51 years and best friend of Lucy Boucher (Tremblay). Cherished father of Donald Boucher (Mary), Debbie Roy (Yvan) and Laura Bellerose (Bruce). Devoted and gentle grandfather to his very special granddaughters Krista-Maria Roy and Emily Boucher. Son of the late Rene and Elva Boucher, son-in-law of Laurette Tremblay (late Bud). Dear brother of Joanne Boyle (late Joseph) and Raymond Boucher (Rose). Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Larry was dearly loved and will be sadly missed by his many friends and travelling buddies. Friends may call at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road) on Sunday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church on Monday, March 19, 2012 at 11 a.m. with Father Pat Woods officiating. Memorial donations to ARCH or any local charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. The family would like to acknowledge and thank Rose Boucher for her endless care and loving support both in Toronto and Sault Ste. Marie. Rose was Larry's angel of the night. Special thanks to Dr. Heather Ross and her Cardiac Team at Toronto General Hospital and the many doctors and nurses at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto for their care, compassion and support during our stay.
