Obituary of Francesca Orlando

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Francesca Orlando at the Sault Area Hospital on July 1, 2012. Cherished wife of Rinaldo for 56 years. Dear mother of Eugene (Estelle), Maria (Roland) and the late cherished Dina. Francesca was also surrounded by her dearly loved grandchildren; Elise, Erica, Emily, Aleisha and Amanda, and her step-grandchildren Travis and Brian. Daughter of the late Salvatore and Agata Palumbo. Dear sister of Rose Brescacin (late Gino), late Pietro Palumbo (Carmela), Emma Turco (Luciano), late Francesco Palumbo (Rita) and Luigi Palumbo (Silvana). Special aunt to many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Wednesday, July 4, 2012, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Funeral mass to follow at St. Gregory's Church at 1:30 p.m. with Father Trevor Scarfone officiating.
