Obituary of Mario Fantin

FANTIN, MARIO - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mario Fantin at the Sault Area Hospital on Saturday, July 7, 2012 in his 83rd year. Cherished husband of Noemi (Del Zotto) for 57 years. Dear father of Remi (Gisela), Dino (Karen) and Rony. Mario was also surrounded by his loved grandchildren: Matthew, Stephen (Courtney Rains) and Daniel. Dear brother of late Solidea (Sandro), late Elisa (Eliseo), late Luigi (Antonietta) and Elide (late Adelchi). Special Zio to many nieces and nephews, especially Frank and Eddi Fenos. Friends may call at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Tuesday, July 10, 2012, from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Gerard Majella Church on Wednesday July 11, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Francis Ezenezi officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers the family has asked for memorial donations to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation and/or the charity of choice.
