It was an honor to be a part of the placement of Audrey's memorial. The squadron of eagle rays saluting her at the end of the dive was an incredible thing to witness. I miss her EVERY day!!!!

My Oma,
She was the kindest, gentlest women I've ever known. I am one of her
four grandchildren, and I know that no matter what our Oma was always
there for us. No matter what, she was always on our side and willing to help us out with whatever we needed. This past year i was lucky enough to spend 10 days with them in cozumel. This is where I witnessed how much love they had for one another and how many friends they had. I remember my grandparents "arguing" and yet my opa was winking at my husband and my oma was winking at me. They argued just to bug the other and laugh about it later. My oma was the best grandma anyone could ask for. She was one I could talk to and ask for advice from no matter what. I miss her soooooo much, and don't know what to do without her. I'm so glad she lived her life with my Opa by her side. These two people know what true love is all about, and I'm so glad that my Oma had my Opa in her Life to give her that life. I miss her every day and think about her all the time. I can't wait to see you again Oma. I will never forget you, and I could not have asked for a better grandmother in the world. I can't wait to see you again. Love you so much, please watch over us, and help us all through this hard time. I love you! xoxox
P.S. I wil alwasy remember being in germany and you getting me ready for frank and Jasmines wedding...you told me that we have to take the pain to be beautiful! Words I live by!!!! I miss you soo much!
Joey wants me to tell you that he remembers being at your house talking about what a great live you had, sipping on wine togehter. We loved Mama Margarita. Going to Cozumel in the Spring was always a stellar event because we knew that the Warths would be there. Lots of hours sharing dive stories, drinking Dos Equiis, and laughing like little kids. She was just a wonderful wonderful beautiful person, inside and out. It took weeks for me to even visit this site because it's such a painful loss. I know we will all see her again. She'll be waiting with a cold Dos Equiis for us. She was just so loved. Everybody knew her on our little island. Her spirit will live on in all the oceans of the world and in every cool fish we see. Diving was always more fun when we got to do it together. Love you. Rest in peace, dear Mama Margarita.

My dive family will understand this storyl:
I was certified in 1999.....in Cozumel....with Fred and Audrey and all of the "expert" divers watching. They were all supportive, but make no mistake, they called me "baby diver".
For 3 years I would watch each morning as the "expert" divers would leave from the dock to board a "fast boat" and I would get on the Tambo. The Tambo looked liked something out of the 1950's and moved through the water at a pace equal to floating seaweed.
I envied the expert group.....out at 8:00... In by 12:30. By the time I arrived back on the Tambo ( usually around late afternoon) the "expert" dive group had already enjoyed great dive stories and several cool beverages. Oh how I envied and looked up to all of them.
One morning we all gathered under the palapa to get ready to board our dive boats. I saw the Tambo pull up and I grabbed my gear and headed to the dock to board.
As I stood on the pier ready to board I felt a hand on my arm.....it was Audrey.
"that's not your boat" she said. "you are on our boat today...no more baby diver".
It was one of the best days of my life !!!!! I had paid my dues and now I had a dive family. I will never forget that day Audrey and I am forever humbled for the family you gave me.
