Obituary of Christina Mac Kay

MacKay, Christine Barbara (Chrissy) - It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Chrissy in her 61st year in the comfort of her own home on Saturday August 18, 2012. Beloved wife of Norman and cherished mother of Kevin (Marla) and Curtis. Grandmother of Jesica. Cherished sister of John and Eddy Izydorczyk (Nancy). Predeceased by her parents; Bruno and Sophie Izydorczyk. Dear daughter-in-law of Jean Mac Kay (late Lyle). Dear sister-in-law and friend of Wayne Mac Kay (Judy), Janice Reid and Larry Mac Kay (Ferne). Dear aunt of Terri Rouleau (Paul), Darren Mac Kay (Helen) and Dwayne Mac Kay, Rhonda Reid (Kallie), Robin Reid, Jeremy Reid, Angela Mac Kay and Ryan Mac Kay, Christopher, Kyle, Benjamin and Amy Izydorczyk. She will also be missed by her puppy Harley. Chrissy was a dedicated nurse for over 35 years. She was a great friend to many and will be dearly missed. As per Chrissy's request, a Memorial Service will be held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church on Wednesday August 22, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Peter Smyth and Reverend Robert Elkin officiating. Memorial donation made to the Holy Trinity Church would be appreciated by the family.
