Passed away at Extendicare Tendercare Nursing Home on Sunday, October 14, 2012. Beloved husband of Margaret for 60 years. Dear father of Michael, Brenda Lavallee (Raymond), Gary and Donna. Son of the late Oliver Tier and the late Caroline Smith. Brother to Jean Brown (late Bill) and the late June Papineau (late Lorne). Fondly remembered half brother to 10. Friends may call at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) for a visitation on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 from 2 to 3 p.m. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
