Obituary of Ronald Sartor

Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on November 10th, 2012, five days after celebrating his 81st birthday with his loving family. Ron was the treasured husband of Sandra for 48 plus years and the cherished father and best friend of Ronnie Jr. and his wife Trisha. The absolute loves of his life were his grandchildren, 7 year old Kassandra Dee (Kassie) and 6 year old Christian Ronald. He was predeceased by his parents Mino and Isabel, siblings Norman and Dolores and brother-in-law Louis Palumbo (Judy). At Ron's request, following cremation, a private family inurnment has taken place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Special thanks to Del and Barry Pozzo (the children's other set of grandparents) for all their help and support which enabled Ronnie Jr. to be at his father's side almost every moment of his last days. The family's gratitude goes out to the nurses of the renal and complex care units of the SAH. Memorial donations to SAH Renal Dialysis Care Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family. Ron made many friends there, and always spoke of them with fondness. There's a sun up ahead Dad….Peace! How pleasant thy banks and green valleys below. Thanks for "passing it along!" All our love!
