Passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on Friday, January 25, 2013 at the age 42. David will be deeply missed by his parents Bert and Marcia, his brother Troy (Tracy) and family and many dear friends. Memorial donations to Heart & Stroke of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
