Passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at the age of 59. Loved daughter of Robert and the late Lois Kelly. Step-daughter to Anna Kelly. Cherished sister to John (Jeannine), Keith, Susan Hill (Rowland), Michael (Angela), Harold (Doris) and Kristibeth (Jose). Predeceased by Roberta Levar, Peter, Robert Kim, Kevin and Patrick. Rhonda will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. A memorial service will take place at Christ Church (Allen's Side Road) on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 11 a.m. Memorial donations to Canadian Mental Health will be appreciated by the family.
