HOOEY, Carol - Passed away peacefully at Extendicare Tendercare Nursing Home on Thursday, February 7, 2013 in her 81st year. Predeceased by her husband Elmer James. Dear mother of James (Claire), Sherry Dewar (Brian), Gord (Sheilagh Walker), Bob (Sharon), Suzanne Hooey (Garth Grosjean) and Rod (Andrea). Cherished grandmother of 9 and great grandmother of 2. Friends are welcome to a come and go reception at Aurora's Restaurant (Downstairs) on Saturday, March 2, 2013 from 12 noon until 3 p.m. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family. Special thank you to the staff at Extendicare Tendercare Nursing Home for the excellent care of our mother.
