MONTESI, Benito Augusto (August) It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Benito Augusto, peacefully with his family by his side on March 28, 2013 at the Sault Area Hospital at the age of 78 years. Beloved husband to Novella Montesi for 51 years. Dear father of David (Anna), Marina (Dave), Patricia (Brad), Carla (Marc), Anna Maria (Wayne). Loving Nonno of Brittany, Maggie, Sophie, Emma and Dean. He was a kind gentle man who meant the world to us. Predeceased by his parents Primo and Lavinia Montesi. Brother of Marta Berardi (late Tobia) of Fano, Italy. Brother- In-Law of Virgilio Littizi of Urbino, Italy. He will be missed by many relatives and friends in Canada and Italy. A special thank you to Doctors Berry and Shafiee, the staff at the Renal Clinic, and the Nurses in 3C, for your support kindess and compassion during this difficult time. In keeping with August's wishes a Private Funeral Service was held at the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Tuesday, April 2, 2013. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations made to the Kidney Foundation or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
