Peacefully at A.R.C.H on Tuesday, May 7th, 2013 at the age of 82 years. Predeceased by her husband Jack. Dear sister of Leno Marcon (Aileen), late Antoinette (late Terry), late Mary Miskiw (late Henry) and the late Gino Marcon (Jean) all of Sault Ste. Marie. Sister-in-law of Dr. Emmeleine E. Ferguson (late Tom) and Carla of California. Rita will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. A private family funeral was held at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Thursday, May 9, 2013. Memorial donations to Algoma Residential Community Hospice or Sault Area Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Special thank you to Dr. R. Gieni, CCAC staff and support workers and to the ARCH staff for their care and compassion.
