It is with saddened hearts that Jonathon and Miranda Moffatt announce the passing of their baby girl, Collins Victoria Moffatt on June 30, 2013. A private memorial service was held. Memorial donations to SAH Maternal and Child Care Fund would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758).
