Obituary of Hannelore Stepath

STEPATH, Hannelore (Hanne) Passed away peacefully with family by her side at ARCH on Thursday, July 18, 2013. Loving wife of the late Louis, beloved Mom of Ron (Sherry) and Bea Fioramanti (Douglas). Sister of the late Kourt Salewski (Paulina) and Urmgarde Wolters (Heinz), sister-in-law of Jurgen and Sybille Stepath all of Germany. Mom loved her extended Canadian family; thanks to Pat and Tony for sharing your families with ours. Special companion of Buddy her feline friend. Mom will be missed by her friends at the YMCA and her new friends at Collegiate Heights Retirement Residence where she enjoyed her new home for a short time. Hanne was a Fitness Leader for many decades at the YMCA, and was known to have given a good hard work out. Hanne's struggle with cancer is now over, and is now enjoying the warmth of the sunshine on her face, the fragrance of garden flowers, and listening to the birds singing. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to those that took such great care of her, especially the special angels at ARCH that kept her comfortable and were so compassionate. Family and Friends are invited for a Celebration of Hanne's Life to be held at the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Sunday, July 21, 2013 form 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Inurnment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In memory of Hanne, donations to ARCH or the YMCA would be appreciated.
