Obituary of Gino Palombaro

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of Gino Palombaro at ARCH, on Monday, July 29, 2013, in his 87th year. Lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years, Bianca. Best friend and loving father of Carlo, Robert (Nancy) and Marco (Shelley). Loving and caring Nonno to Jason, Amber, Kayla, Jenna and Julian. Beloved son of the late Concezio and Maria. Son-in-law of the late Longino and Quintina De Renzis. Brother to Domenico (late Francesca), Leondina Firmani (late Antonio), Venerina Ricciuto (Luigi) and Cesina Zappacosta (late Angelo). Brother-in-law to Bruno De Renzis (Maria) and the late Teresa Silvano (Alex). Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews. Gino's passion in life included family and the great outdoors. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his sons and friends. Friends may call at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Thursday evening from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral mass at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church on Friday, August 2, 2013 at 10 a.m. with Father Francis Ezenezi officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
