Obituary of Clara McLeod

McLeod, Clara- It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Clara McLeod at A.R.C.H on Saturday, September 7, 2013 in her 67th year. Beloved younger sister of Remo Troietto. Clara is also survived by her niece Rhonda Bond (Bill) and nephews Curtis, Robin, Richard and Shawn. She will be greatly missed by many, especially Jerry Dukes who remained by her side while she battled cancer and Cathy Gross who comforted her daily by her phone calls and visits. Melody Glassford was a special friend and travelling companion. Clara will be sadly missed by her life-long friends Irma Orazietti, Diane Payne and Eda Lefave. Thank you to relatives Italo, Sandra and Rita Gorassini for your visits, food and gifts. To her YMCA gang and fellow teachers thank you for your love. There are so many others but her neighbours deserve a special mention, Lynn Hollingsworth and Jocelyn Boutin. Clara enjoyed those morning visits and egg mcmuffins! Diane Morphet and Clara shared many good times together. In following Clara's wishes cremation will take place and a private family inurnment and reception will be held. She will be interred with her mother and father late Teresa and late John Troietto. Memorial donations to A.R.C.H would be appreciated by the family. A monumental note of appreciation to the staff and volunteers at A.R.C.H, you are wonderful people. No words can describe how much you relieved Clara's suffering.
