Passed away at Extendicare Van Daele on Friday, September 13, 2013. Beloved wife of Charlie Rail for 27 years. Loving mother of Robert Charpentier, the late Suzanne Hyska (Faroze), Rock Charpentier, Richard Charpentier, Guy Charpentier and Pauline Mackowski. Cherished grandmother of Sierra Belanger (Dave), Ruby Charpentier and great grandmother of Aubrey Belanger. Dear sister of Lilian McManus (late Jim), Edward Paquin (Vera), Margaret MacMillan (late Bob), late Gladys Briand (Andrew), late Norman Paquin (Gladys), Lorraine Punkari (Wayne). Jeanne will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
