Obituary of Mary Ann Bean

Peacefully at the F. J. Davey Home Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario with her family by her side, on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at the age of 92 years. Mary is now reunited with her beloved husband Willis. Much loved mother, friend and golfing buddy of Judy Bean-Hendry (Larry) of Sault Ste. Marie and Brenda Popowich (Tom) of Markham. Very special Granny to her pride and joys, David Popowich (Kendra) of Stouffville, ON and Stephen Popowich (Alison) of Brooklin, ON. Predeceased by her parents Hector and Gertrude (Broad) McKenzie and her siblings Jack (Gertrude), Ceph (Phyllis), Margaret Cruickshank (Bill Nellis), Verna Carter (Vernon) and Victor McKenzie. Survived by her sister-in-law Lily McKenzie. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. A private family service will be held in the spring. Inurnment at Greenwood Cemetery. If so desired, memorial donations to the F. J. Davey Home or Sault Area Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
