Obituary of Armando Sanguinetti

SANGUINETTI, ARMANDO GIUSEPPE - It is with great sadness the family of Armando Sanguinetti announces his passing peacefully surrounded by his family on the the 24th day of December 2013 at the age of 84. Armando was the devoted husband and soulmate of Amalia(Piro) for 57 years. Caring and loving father of Marisa Stancati (Mario) and Joseph Sanguinetti. Very proud Nonno of Michael Stancati (Lily Chu), Amy-Marie Tait (Gordon), Andrea Secondi (Jordan), Jessica Sanguinetti and Daniel Sanguinetti. Ecstatic Great Nonno to Briella Secondi and Mason Tait. Son of the late Gustavo Sanguinetti and the late Marietta (Ingribelli). Son-in-law of the late Alfonso and the late Julia Piro. Brother of the late Luigi (Maria), the late Ernesto (late Maria) and the late Emma Porco (late Peter). Brother-in-law of Maria Vigna (late Pasquale), late Tommasino Piro, late Teresina Piro and Luigi Piro (Candida). Remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Armando was a hard worker who always put his family first. His love and joy was his family especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He enjoyed being outside tinkering in the garage or digging in his garden. He was always the first person in line to give a helping hand to family or paesani. He and the love of his life were always together cooking and baking homemade goodies. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Friday, December 27th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. Veronica's Parish on Saturday, December 28th at 11 a.m. with Father Ron Ambeault officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial contributions to SAH Cancer Clinic and St. Veronica's Parish would be appreciated by the family.
