Passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at the age of 86 years. For the past 10 days Mother was surrounded by her loving family coming and going. She knew us all right to the end. Loving wife of the late Wilbert Schell. Dear mother of Darla Malkki (Joe), Linda Wierzbicki (Dave) and Steven Schell (Heidi). Cherished grandmother of 11 and great grandmother of 15. Daughter of the late Cecil and Ida Secord of Huntsville, Ontario. Sister of the late Leonard Secord (late Geraldine) and the late Calvin Secord (Eileen). Sister-in- law of the late Madeline Ortwein (late Vern), Orvil Schell (late Ursula), Mary Jones (Murray), Dorothy White (Jim), Muriel Jones (Dave) and Lloyd Schell (Donna). Friends may call at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service in the Chapel on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev Bruce Cain officiating. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Bethel Bible Chapel, or the OFRA- New Home Campaign would be appreciated by the family. Sincere thanks to the nursing staff in 3A at the Sault Area Hospital for going above and beyond in the care of our Mother.
