LANE, Grant - With loving hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Grant Lane at the Algoma Manor at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Norma and the late Wilma. Dear father of Dan Robinson (June). Grandfather of Bill. He will also be sadly missed by his four-legged chum, Skandie. Grant was an experienced float plane pilot who flew throughout the North Country that he loved. At Grant's request, there will be no funeral service. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Algoma Manor Charitable Association or Parkinson's Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated. Expressions of sympathy may be offered at www.northwoodfuneral.com
