Passed away peacefully on Friday Feb 7, 2014 with family at her bedside in her 88th year. Loved by so many relatives and friends and…of course….by God. May she enjoy much deserved peace and comfort. Beloved wife to the late Antonio Ricchio who predeceased her in 2011. Dear mother to Dominic Ricchio and Vincent Ricchio and mother-in-law to Valerie Tourikian and Barbara Johnston. Loving nonna to Chelsea, Michael, Lucas and Sophie. Daughter of the late Guiseppe and Concetta Provenzano. Sister to the late Luigi (late Cerubina), late Gabriel (Ida), late Francesco (late Fortuna), late Lorenzo (late Assunta), late Enrico (late Teresa), late Carolina (late Vincenzo), late Rosina (late Guiseppe), Giulietta (late Luigi), and Virginia (late Alberto). Sister-in-law to Carmella (late Domenico), late Rosina (late Eugenio), late Virginia (late Guiseppe), late Marietta (late Guiseppe), and late Margarita (late Francesco). Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Thursday Feb 13 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at St. Gregory's Church on Friday Feb 14, 2014 at 11 a.m. with Father Alex Saurianthadathil officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Odette Cancer Society (Sunnybrook Hospital) or the Sault Area Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
