First I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to both Cindy and Tim. Although we haven't seen each other since the Knopps left St. Catharines, we became friends and shared a few laughs along the way. I would also like to offer my sincerest apologies for this delayed posting however, I have only just learned of Marge's passing. After having worked a very long shift at the Parkway Hotel in St. Catharines, I joined Cindy, Bud, and Marjorie at one of their friend's home. From there we were to go out for some dinner followed by a few drinks. Unfortunately however, that long shift I mentioned, proved to be a bit more than I was able to handle and before I knew it, I had fallen asleep on the floor. While I was in this coma-like state, Marjorie (and I believe Cindy), completely painted my face with all sorts of makeup and coloured pens. When I woke up, we headed out for dinner & drinks and I spend the entire evening trying to understand why I seemed to be at the receiving end of strange comments, one liners, and insults. I didn't find out about the face decorating until well into the evening. Truly one of my more embarrassing days! Both Bud and Marjorie were 2 of the friendliest people I had ever met. Marjorie had a terrific sense of humor and the world was a better place with her in it. I know that Marjorie will be deeply missed by all who knew her! Rest in peace Marjorie! Rick Grigg
