Obituary of Antonia Guzzo

GUZZO, Antonia- Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at the age of 85. Predeceased by her loving husband Antonio Guzzo. Beloved mother of Eugene Guzzo (Angela), Phil Guzzo (Claudette) and the late Orlando Guzzo (Laverne). Proud Nonna of Mellissa (Adam Pinder), Maria (Billy King), Mirella, Marla (Adam Slumskie) and Vanessa (Stefan Staneckyj). Great grandmother of Emily. Daughter of the late Eugenio and Maria Spina. Sister of the late Giovanni Spina (Anna) of Sault Ste. Marie, Rosaria Cuglietta (Nicola), Rosa Medaglia (late Eugenio), late Salvatore Spina (late Gaetana), and the late Gaetano Spina all of Italy. Sister-in-law of the late Raffaele Guzzo (late Elvira) of Sault Ste. Marie, late Salvatore Guzzo (late Genueffa), late Anna Naccarato (late Emilio), late Teresa Maione (late Pasquale) and Carmela Guzzo (Pasquale) all of Italy. Daughter-in-law of the late Vincenzo and Giovanna Guzzo. Antonia will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Father Ron Ambeault Officiating.
