Passed away, surrounded by her family, at Extendicare Mapleview Nursing Home on Monday, July 7, 2014 at the age of 90. Loving mother to Detlef Peters (Cindy), Ron Goericke (Cindy), stepmother to the late Helga Graham (Archie) and Hans Peters (Helga). Sister of Gisela Biehayn (Klaus) and the late Peter Harms. Vera will be missed by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. At Vera's request there will be no visitation or service. Memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
