Obituary of Elizabeth Buchan

The family regrets to announce the passing of Liz Buchan on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at the age of 77. We are comforted knowing that at long last she is reunited with her beloved husband Harvey (1992). She is survived by her children Tim Buchan (Brenda), Chris Buchan (Linda), Patti Beauchamp (Gary) and Misi McKone (Chad). Loved grandmother of Kyle Beauchamp (Shanna Greff), Kevin Beauchamp, Michael Buchan (Megan Warren), Breanna Wirta (Adam), Julia McKone, Ryan McKone and Matthew Buchan. Also survived by her siblings Adeline Triplett (Norman), Bernard Lysiak (Judy), Suzanne Luke (Don) and Geri Lysiak. Sister-in-law of Dody McBain (late Don), Celie Hanes (Al), Kitty Buchan and Connie John. She was Auntie Liz to 19 nieces and nephews and their families. Friends may call at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Funeral Mass to follow at Precious Blood Cathedral at 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada, Canadian Cancer Society or Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
