Peacefully passed away on Monday, July 14, 2014 at the age of 83. Devoted husband and best friend of Audrey (nee Harrison) for 62 years. Loving father of Linda (Tom Costigane), Karen and Patti-Jo (Tym Garside). Precious grandfather of David (Annabelle), April (Aaron Lindemann), Bonita (Stuart Craig), Julie Lynn, Michael, Thomas and Mary. Caring brother of Gordon (late Margaret), Tom (Carolyn), late Jerry (Anneli), Ann Clement (late Don) and Judy Chytil (Milosh). Fred will be fondly remembered by the Harrison family. He was born in Ottawa on December 7, 1930 and grew up in Cache Bay, Ontario. He worked as an OPP officer and then moved on to work for H.J. Heinz where he retired. At Fred's request, a private family service was held. Memorial donations to the Children's Rehab Centre of Algoma would be appreciated.
