Obituary of William Black

Passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at the age of 78. Loving husband of Kathleen Black. Loving father of William Black Jr. and the late Ward Black. Cherished grandfather of Charleen Black (Craig Sagle). Great grandfather of Claire and Declan Sagle. Predeceased by his father and mother Oswald and Gertrude Black. Brother of Melvin Black, Wanda Killins, Olive Jones, Gary Black, Sharon Rathbone and predeceased by James Black, Ben Black, Eileen Hunter, Lloyd Black, Lee Black and infant brother. William will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Friends may visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Monday, September 15, 2014 from 12 noon until time of memorial service at 3 p.m. with Mrs. Helen Smith officiating. Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters would be appreciated by the family.
