We are sad to announce the sudden passing of Karolynn (Carol) Sawyer at the age of 68. Beloved wife of Andre Briand. Loving mother of Michael Sawyer, Kim Sawyer, Brenda Sawyer, Lori Sawyer (Gil) and Tracy Errington (Bruce). Devoted and caring Nanny of Ashley Errington, Alicia & Amanda Sawyer, Brandon & Paul Morin (Meagan), Matthew Benwell, Austin & Brooklyn Robinson, Keisha & Bradley McFadden. Great grandmother of Symiah Whalen, Robert & Aurora Morin. Nanny will be remembered for her sense of humour, love of country music and dancing. There is nothing she loved more than weekly visits with her grandchildren. Nanny will be deeply missed by all who knew her. A private service was held at the request of Karolynn at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758). Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
