On Monday, October 6, 2014 Giuseppe Pagnotta in his 92nd year, passed away in the loving arms of his wife Giulia (nee Medaglia) of 63 years. Loving father of Rose McCormick (Andy), Mirella Gencarelli (Frank), Frank Pagnotta (Nancy), Flora Giordano (Gerry), Rick Pagnotta (Susan) and Lou Pagnotta (Barbara). Proud Nonno of Frankie McCormick, Kerrie-Ann LeBlanc (Sean), Cathy Briganti (Massimo), Rachel MacDonald (Brian), Joseph Gencarelli, Sistina Barno (Andrew), Jessica and Nicholas Giordano and Julia, Katie, Samantha, Alex, Nicole, Danielle and Micaella Pagnotta. Great grandfather of Olivia, Matthew, Kate, Rylan and Harper Rose. Predeceased by his parents Luigi and Rosaria Pagnotta. Brother of Antonia Pagnotta of Italy and predeceased by Luigi, Francesco (Rosaria), Tony (Alba) and Rosaria. Brother-in-law of Maria Magli (Vito) and Nicola Medaglia (Maria). Giuseppe will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy. Friends may call at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Thursday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Gregory's Church on Friday, October 10, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Alex Saurianthadathil officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations to St. Gregory's Church, SAH Foundation or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
