Obituary of Robert Walker

WALKER, Robert William "Bob" (October 8, 1928 - October 4, 2014) - Passed away peacefully, with family by his side, at the Sault Area Hospital. Husband of the late Connie Walker. Cherished "Dad" to Ann Franz and the late Jane Dupuis. Devoted grandfather and mentor to his grandchildren Natasha (Randy), Tyson (Tanya), Tanya and Cassandra. Great grandfather to Gage, Kailen, Liam, Sarah, Calyssa, Ryley, Evan and Zachary whom he lovingly watched over, from his rocking chair, with Suzie by his side. Long time member of the Legion and marching band. A most sincere thank you to the PSW's from WeCare, Peggy from the Red Cross, Heather from the Alzheimer Society, Volunteers from Meals on Wheels and Mz.Vicki's; not only for your service and cheerful smiles, but for going above and beyond. The friendships and celebrations from the VON Day Club will be surely missed. Thank you for being you. Forever in our hearts. A private family service was held.
