Obituary of Rosario Bruni

It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing at the F.J. Davey Home of Rosario Bruni at the age of 85 years. A longtime devoted employee of Algoma Steel for 40 years. Loving husband of the late Luigina Bruni (nee Volpe). Predeceased by his parents Francesca and Giusseppe Bruni and his mother and father-in-law Elvira and Giusseppe Volpe. Cherished father of Dolores Terrenzio (Ron) of Montreal, Claudio Bruni (Franca) of Ottawa, Corrado Bruni (Shelley) and Sergio Bruni (Margaret) of Sault Ste. Marie and Sylvia Bruno-Bossio (Enea) of Italy. Special nonnuzzo to Stefania (Gaby) and Lisa (Jimmy) of Montreal, Kristina (Joseph), Sarah and Alexandra Bruni of Ottawa, Matthew, Olivia, Adam, Amanda and Christopher Bruni all of Sault Ste. Marie and Alessandro and Victoria Bruno-Bossio (Pier) of Italy. Devoted nonnuzzo (great grandfather) to Thomas, Julie-Anna, Victor, Jacob and Mila. Loving brother of the late Vincenzo (Elvira) of Sault Ste. Marie, Anna DiCarlo (late Ernesto) of Ottawa and Maria Pagliaro (late Nicola) of Italy. Brother-in-law of Tommasina Falsetto (late Giovanni) of Ottawa. Rosario will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Many thanks to all our wonderful caregivers from the Davey Home. Memorial donations made to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or Sault Area Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
