Surrounded by the lights of her life, and reunited with her husband of 62 years it is with fond memories and respect the Orlando family sadly announces the passing of their mother Antoinette on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at the Sault Area Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Luigi "Louie". Loving and respected mom of Peter (Janet), Rita O'Neill (Roy), Janice Guzzo (Joe), and Paul (Michelle). Cherished Nana of Tricia Orlando, Krista Greco (Joey), Michael O'Neill (Jamie-Lynn), Marci-Anne Cherradi (Mehdi), Luciann Guzzo, Andrea Palahnuk (Brad), Paul and Laura Orlando. Great Nana to Hailey, Blake, Avery, Candon, Miira, Meadoh, and Malesha. Daughter of the late Pietro and Mary Dodaro. Sister of the late Filomena Giorgi (late Guerrino), late Louie "Gigi" Dodaro (late Leda), Anna Whalen (late Rudy) and the late Joseph "Pepi" Dodaro. Daughter-in-law of the late Vincenzo and Anna Orlando. Sister-in-law of the late Pantaleone (late Dora), late Gabriel (Tina), Antonio (late Tina), late Connie (late Nino), late Dominic, late Salvatore and late Rita. Aunt and great aunt of many nieces and nephews. Special thanks for the wonderful care received from the S.A.H. Emergency Room, 300C, doctors and exceptional nurses, all PSW's especially Lillian from Rivera, Father Veselko Kvesic and the entire staff at Pathways. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Friday, January 16, 2014 from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1 p.m. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the S.A.H. Foundation or the Soup Kitchen would be appreciated by the family.
