PRIDE, Leah Milley (nee Oates) - Passed away peacefully with family by her side at Extendicare Maple View Nursing Home on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Gordon James Pride for over 50 years. Loving mother of her surviving children Raylene D'Agostino (John) of Sudbury, Roger Pride (Frances) of Langley B.C., Norma-Jean Johnson (Reg) of Sault Ste. Marie and Wendy Pride (Briane) of Mississauga. Cherished grandmother of Rob D'Agostino (Lisa) of Sudbury, Loridana D'Agostino of Calgary, Roger Pride Jr. (Lonni) of Vancouver, David Pride (late Antonette) of Surrey, Stephanie Pride-Boucher (Wil) of Edmonton, Krista Garson (Brad) of Sault Ste. Marie, Cynthia MacKay (Mike) of Sault Ste. Marie and Don Warnholtz (Nancy) of Sherbrooke. Loving, special friend and Nana of Sheri Lash of Sault Ste. Marie. Great grandmother of Kylee and Kirk Garson of Sault Ste. Marie, Brittany and Derek D'Agostino of Sudbury, Zoe Pride-Boucher of Edmonton, Elena Pride (late Emerald) of Surrey, Matthew and Cole MacKay of Sault Ste. Marie, Jason, Mark and Jared Warnholtz of Sherbrooke. Sister of her late adored brothers Mark her twin, Harold and Clifford Oates and her sister the late Louise Legge. Leah will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Friends and family are invited to a Memorial Service in the Chapel at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Bruce McLeish officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
