HOLLINGSHEAD, William J. "Big Bill" - Passed away peacefully at the F.J. Davey Home, on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at the age 85. After only 35 short days apart, Bill is reunited with his beloved wife Maxine. Loved and cherished father of Sherri-Jo King (husband John), Stephen (wife Ellen) late Lynda and late William G. "Bill" Hollingshead Jr. Grandfather of Meghan Cooper (husband Graeme) and Jodi Alton, William T. Hollingshead and Stephen T. Hollingshead, Hilary King and Adam King (wife Stefanie); great-grandfather of Finley and Molly Cooper, Sophie and Lauren King. He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Friends and Family are invited to a Celebration of Bill's life at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel with Helen Smith officiating. A reception will be held in the lower lounge immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to F.J. Davey Home Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
