Obituary of Eunice Hamel

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, GG and mentor on Saturday, July 4, 2015 in her 92nd year at Extendicare Mapleview. Wife of the late Ellwood Hamel Sr. Beloved mother of Chris Kurylo (late Don), Sue Hamel-LaFord (Bing), Linda Greco (Robert), Mary Bougie, John, Ellwood Jr. (Sue), Sandra Frechette (Fred) and Lisa Hansen (Ron). Special grandmother of Dan Kurylo (Laurie), Jamie-Lynn O'Neill (Michael), Michael Gallivan (Tiffany), Laura Gallivan (Dani), Jason Greco (Tania), Melisa Poitras (Jonathan), Julie Bougie, Janet Eckert (Steve), Joe Bougie (Jen), Garrett Hamel (April), Kristen Hamel (Corbie), Bradley Frechette (Matt), Kylie Hamel, John Braedon Hamel, Hannah McComb, Nolan McComb and Emma Davyes. GG of 11 great grandchildren. Daughter of the late Roy and Gladys Hannah. Sister of the late Jim Hannah (late Betty) and the late Lloyd Hannah (Dorothy). Sister-in-law of the late Art Hamel (late Ruby), late Loretta Windle (late Jack), late Leona Paquette (late Leo), late Leonard Hamel, late Dorothy Malone (late Jim Sr.) and late Eugene Hamel (late Iola). At Eunice's request a private visitation and service took place followed by cremation. Donations to the Canadian Diabetic Association, ARCH or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
